Ginger has traditionally been used in Herbal Medicine to relieve digestive upset/disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulent colic (carminative) and as an expectorant and antitussive to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds. Clinically shown to help prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness and sea sickness.

How To Enjoy

Take the recommended serving by placing it under the tongue and swallow for best results or add it to your preferred beverage.

Recommended Dose: 0.6-4ml 1x per day (For anti-nausea take a single dose 30 minutes before travel and every 4 hours as necessary)
