Cascara Sagrada is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a stimulant laxative and for the short-term relief of occasional constipation. Used in Herbal Medicine to promote bowel movement by direct action on the large intestine.

Take the recommended serving by placing it under the tongue and swallow for best results or add it to your preferred beverage.

Recommended Dose: 1-4 ml 1x per day. (Consult a Health Care Practitioner for use beyond 7 days and take the smallest dose necessary)
